I did need a sign.
And a sign is what I overlooked. Maybe it was for the best. Maybe those few moments of happiness where there to enthrall me.
Now I know for sure, and it isn't the picture that I had painted in my mind. But then, it is hard to paint thoughts.
The colours never match.
